Trieste – an intersection between east and west, a big harbour, a melting pot of different cultures, hence a place where the intertantional crime is at home, too. The German writer Veit Heinichen, who has chosen Trieste as his new home, has told about in his crime stories with the Italian inspector Proteo Laurenti. l.o. bimini – art of travel wants to ein Schnittpunkt zwischen West und Ost, eine große Hafenstadt, ein Schmelztiegel unterschiedlicher Kulturen, also ein Ort, wo auch die internationale Kriminalität ein- und ausgeht. Vieles davon haben wir aus den bekannten Kriminalromanen von Veit Heinichen, der Triest zu seiner Wahlheimat erkoren hat, erfahren. With l.o. bimini – reisekunst you will have a look at the fairly unknown world. Therefore we will organize a dinner evening with a private detective who works on very difficult missions more than 30 years.
Friday: Arrival date on Friday afternoon in the hotel at Trieste. Check in, welcome drink and dinner.
Saturday: After breakfast from 9 – 12 a.m. guided city tour. Lunch optional. From 15 – 18 p.m. trip by ferry to the small port of Muggia. Guided visit of the pitturesque palce and of the castle which dominates the town and the sea.From the castle beautiful overall view.At 7.30 p.m. dinner with lecture and discussion with the private detective..
Sunday: Breakfast. End of programme.

With the definite reservation we ask an deposit of euro 60, which is unrefundable. If we do not reach the minimum number till one month preceeding the departure date, the trip will be cancelled and the deposit will be returned.
